Three of our member artists create ceramic work, and their styles could hardly be more different! Dennis Johanson has developed a unique approach that incorporates color into his works in the form of soft blues, greens, pinks and other tones as he continues to experiment. His popular pieces range from tiny ceramic mushrooms to large bowls and vases that provide lasting beauty and value.

Shannon Ross incorporates her own imagination and a variety of found items in her whimsical ceramic creations. She’s not one to make the same thing twice, so when you see one of her works that speaks to you, it’s best to pick it up then and there!

Ute Vergin incorporates a variety of bold textures and colors, and often alters ‘standard’ forms with a scalpel to arrive at her own unique interpretation of ceramics. She strives to make functional pieces that are both beatiful and useful.
