Supporting Gallery Calapooia

Throughout the course of the year, we take in funds from various sources to meet our operating costs. These include commissions from artists’ sales, the monthly dues we each pay as members, grants from state and local agencies that support the arts, and donations from generous members of the public who want to see our gallery succeed.

We greatly value being a member of the Albany community, and a part of our historic downtown. Each year that we are able to meet the costs of being a small business in such a setting, we count as a success and a blessing.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the gallery through your donation!

We feel it’s important to note that NO donations go to any individual artist in our gallery. We have, as part of our charter and mission, a mandate to give back to our community in various ways. These include but aren’t limited to: artist talks, contributions to local causes and establishing public art installations in the city. Your donation allows us to pursue these efforts more effectively.

Gallery Calapooia is a 501(c)(3) organization.
Donations to the gallery are tax-deductible.

While we work to establish an online donation process, you are welcome to drop off donations at the gallery, or mail them to:
